NEW: House Manager (ICF)


Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED; BA or BS (Preferably in a related field)
    • Supervisory experience; 1-year preferred
    • Competent in basic banking and budgeting procedures
    • Knowledge of Group Home (ICF) operational procedures
    • Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
    • Must be eligible to become a company driver and med passer

Main Responsibilities

    • Provide direct supervision to direct support professionals
    • Ensure that the home meets licensure and Medicaid guidelines and standards
    • Responsible for the staffing, scheduling and training of employees in the home
    • Ability to demonstrate and model person centered planning techniques
    • Generation of reports, participation in team meetings, maintaining house and individual bank accounts and completing payroll
    • Maintain on-call duties

    • Internal candidates should have less than 5 attendance points and satisfactory personnel file

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
(Full and Part Time)


Minimum Qualifications

    • Employees that are caring, courteous, honest, professional, perceptive, detail oriented, & have initiative
    • No experience necessary
    • Multiple openings (Full-time, part-time, & on-call), all shifts, paid classroom & on the job training provided, EOE, DFWP.
    • Must be 18 or older, HS diploma or GED required, must pass background check and drug screen before hire, Position reports to house manager.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Main Responsibilities

    • Provide direct care, supervision, and support for adults with developmental disabilities
    • Assist these individuals with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and community actvities
    • Serve as a role model and advocate
    • Encourage and support participation in self-care, as able, promoting independence and freedom of choice
    • Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner

DSP Supervisor (Full Time)


Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1-year experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities
    • Must be qualified to be a company driver
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Must be an approved Company Drive and Med Passer

Main Responsibilities

    • Direct care and providing support services for individuals
    • Planning activities and community outings
    • Participating in ISP meetings and implementing services as written
    • Monitoring documentation
    • Data entry
    • Serving as a role model to integrate supported routines into daily living
    • Other duties as designated

Company Driver (Part Time)


Minimum Qualifications

    • Valid Ohio Driver’s License
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum 25 Years of age
    • Must be qualified to be a company driver

Main Responsibilities

    • Transporting Individuals and staff to various community locations
    • Operating Company vehicles in a safe and professional manner compliant with Company policy

    • The schedule for this position will be primarily evenings and weekends, though it may vary based on location and need. Hourly rate is $12.00/hour

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)


Minimum Qualifications

    • BA or BS (Preferably in Education, Psychology or Social Work)
    • 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a school,
      residential, or supported living setting
    • Knowledge of Group Home (ICF) operational procedures
    • Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
    • Must be eligible to become a company driver and med passer

Main Responsibilities

    • Developing ISPs for each individual
    • Coordinating all aspects of the ISP services to ensure quality services
    • Providing supportive service and active treatment for individuals
    • Coordinating and developing community resources
    • Serving as a role model, mentor, and teacher of staff; supervising and measuring staff performance
    • Creating an environment that fosters supported routines for individuals with developmental disabilities
