    Part-Time (based on 20 hr/week)

  • NCC has established a 403B savings plan through Ascensus/Vanguard to provide employees with the potential for future financial security for retirement.

    Eligibility:

    • At least 18 years of age

    • Work at least 20 hr/week

    Once employed with the company for one year, NCC will match 50% up to 5%.

    Employees may begin contributing to the plan immediately.

    Eligible employees may participate in the 403B plan subject to all terms and conditions of the plan. The 403B savings plan allows employees to elect how much salary they want to contribute and direct the investment of their plan account, so they can tailor their own retirement package to meet their needs.

    Because contributions to a 403B plan are automatically deducted from your pay before federal and state tax withholdings are calculated, employees can save tax dollars now by having their current taxable amount reduced. While the amounts deducted generally will be taxed when they are finally distributed, favorable tax rules typically apply to 403B distributions.

    Alternatively, a 403B Roth plan may be chosen.
