OPOC (One Point of Contact)

NCC has established a 403B savings plan to provide employees the potential for future financial security for retirement. To be eligible to join the 403B savings plan, employees must complete 1 month of service, work at least 20 hours per week and be 21 years of age or older. Employees may join the plan only during open enrollment periods. Eligible employees may participate in the 403B plan subject to all terms and conditions of the plan. The 403B savings plan allows employees to elect how much salary they want to contribute and direct the investment of their plan account, so they can tailor their own retirement package to meet their needs. Once you have been employed with the company for 1 year, NCC will match 1/2 up to 5%.

Because contributions to a 403B plan are automatically deducted from your pay before federal and state tax withholdings are calculated, employees can save tax dollars now by having their current taxable amount reduced. While the amounts deducted generally will be taxed when they are finally distributed, favorable tax rules typically apply to 403B distributions.
