We have been in operation since 1982 and support more than 160 individuals across 24 locations in Cuyahoga County. We are always looking for caring individuals to join our team. Residential Homes (ICF)

We operate seven unique residential homes in Cuyahoga County, accommodating individuals with a range of developmental disabilities. Our homes vary in size, housing 8 to 18 individuals each. Working in our residential homes, you'll play a key role in the lives of individuals and see the direct impact of your work every day as you contribute to their well-being and growth.

Waiver Homes

Our Waiver Division supports individuals with Level One Medicaid Waiver and Individual Options Waiver (I/O Waiver). This includes 17 sites, both licensed and non-licensed. You'll provide tailored support to individuals, helping them achieve independence. Working in our Waiver Division offers a unique opportunity to develop close, meaningful relationships with individuals and their families.

Day Program and Community Center

We offer Community-Based Day Activity Programs that focus on building community networks and ensuring equal access to resources, adhering to ADA guidelines for inclusivity. This division offers a dynamic work environment where you'll assist in fostering social inclusion and community participation for our individuals. This role is ideal for those who love to connect with people and community resources.

Health Benefits


We offer a comprehensive insurance package, including Medical, Vision, Dental, Supplemental, and Life Insurance to qualified employees.

Insurance requires bi-weekly employee contribution. Rate depends on electives.

Retirement Match


NCC offers a 403B savings plan with a 50% match up to 5% to qualified employees. Contributions are deducted prior to federal and state tax withholdings, enabling potential tax savings.

You must complete at least one year of employment to receive a match.

Paid Time Off


Employees receive up to 18 paid days off in their first year, with additional time off based on years of service.

Number of days off awarded depends on hours scheduled to work per week.
