Our program is more than a daily routine; it's a journey of personal growth and discovery. Each individual is guided through a structured yet flexible curriculum that includes numerous activities, all designed to enrich their daily experiences. Our holistic approach addresses not just the educational and vocational needs but also our participants' emotional and social well-being. We celebrate diversity and promote inclusivity, ensuring that every individual feels valued and understood.
Our program is designed to respect the uniqueness of each individual, offering tailored support that spans from basic care to advanced vocational training. At the heart of our Day Program is a commitment to empowering individuals and enriching lives.
What Types of Programs are Available?
Our Day Program facility and programming follow ADA guidelines for accessibility to ensure full inclusion of all individuals who use our services and participate in our programs. All efforts are made to accommodate an individual’s physical, personal care, communication, and behavior support needs.
Individuals in this program participate in various activities that may include paid work, volunteer work, recreation/leisure, and independent living skills.
One of the key goals is to provide some paid or volunteer work for each individual. In this case, each job is matched to the participant’s interests, skills, and required support level.
Community-Based Activity Program
All individuals who participate in NCC’s Day Program are also included in our activities program. A monthly calendar with a mix of recreational and outings calendar schedules each individual in a range of their preferred activities, as well as activities that may be new experiences for them.
Our program also maintains relationships with other organizations, agencies, and businesses to facilitate equal access to community resources for individuals with disabilities.
The goal of the program is full social and community inclusion for individuals with disabilities, regardless of the level of support they may need.

Creating Bookmarks, Activity Kits, and Greeting Cards for Donation
Special Events, Holiday Parties, and Celebrations
